Nine Elms Point is a collection of riverside apartments, studios and penthouses with outdoor spaces, landscaped courtyards and raised walkways.
The Development
Covering a 13-acre site, Nine Elms Point is made up of seven architecturally individual buildings, including three towers and four low rise buildings connected by landscaped gardens, with a brand new Sainsbury’s superstore as part of the development. The scheme includes a wide range of properties including 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses, which are all generously proportioned.
The scheme, designed by architectural firm, Broadway Malyan, includes three slender towers, ranging from 19 to 37 storeys, which are designed to mark the corners of the triangular site and are cleverly orientated to maximise the views. Many apartments include a balcony or private terrace, while the penthouses have access to an expansive rooftop garden. The distinctive, metallic finishes of the towers reference Banham lock makers which once owned a production foundry nearby.
Each apartment has been carefully designed to feel light and airy and come with underfloor heating throughout, energy-efficient downlighting, and fully equipped kitchens with wine coolers, silestone worktops and glass splashbacks. While the bathrooms have Roca suites, stainless steel Grohe fittings and walnut vanities.
Nine Elms Point is set in an acre of landscaped and densely planted gardens and includes Linear Park which stretches the entire length of Nine Elms, along with new public squares, elevated pathways, a hidden forest, cycle lanes and relaxing water features.
Close By
Nine Elms Point enjoys a Zone 1 location so getting into central London is easy. But if you want to stay closer to home there are plenty of new restaurants, cafés and bars springing up in the local area as part of the Battersea Power Station development.
Getting Around
Nine Elms Point enjoys excellent transport links with the completion of the Northern Line extension. Nine Elms Tube station is open and Residents of Nine Elms Point are able to use a private entrance to the station.
